The overarching intent at COUNSULT is to identify any (physical / mental / emotional / spiritual) blocks, and work with you, the client, to get in touch with tools / resources you have to empower yourself to move through them into your best most authentic self via:
- Transpersonal Counselling and Client-Centred micro skills
- Body wisdom (e.g. Focussing, Meditation)
- Altered States of Conscious (e.g. State Enhanced Exploration and Learning)
- Mapping (e.g. Heroes Journey)
- Chakra investigation

- Symbols, Myth and Ritual
As a result, this can be applicable to a wide variety of areas (but not limited to):

- Mental health (e.g. depression, anxiety, eating disorders etc)

I'm open to pretty much anyone that comes through the door and wouldn't want to turn someone away simply because they may not fit into one of the areas above.
